If the product or component must be shipped to Fishtex for Warranty service, the consumer must pay initial shipping charges. If the repairs are covered by Warranty, Fishtex will pay the return shipping charges. If you have a defective item under 2 months old, please call us to confirm shipping. Predator allows 1 – 2 weeks for repairs especially during our busy season and show weeks. Transport is additional.
